ITSundays Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms - 25% of total Quote payable on order of goods and services, the remaining 75% is due 7 days after job completion.

Incurred Fees - Unforeseen waiting times whilst on site will be charged at ITSundays hourly rate.

GST - Total price includes GST, amount of GST payable is clearly stated above the total price on the Quote.

Quote Acceptance - Before ITSundays commences any works, it is a policy that the Scope of Works/Quote and the Terms and Conditions be understood and signed. This document defines the Agreement between ITSundays and you the customer.

Variations to Quote - Any works not defined in this Quote or added to this Quote during works, shall be documented and signed by both parties on ITSundays standard Variation Form.

Ownership - All product and materials supplied by ITSundays shall remain property of ITSundays until at which time total amount of Invoice has been settled.

Carriers - ITSundays shall not be held responsible for any fees or delays incurred by a carrier.

Warranty - The Warranty will vary on any particular product or item. Any works performed on all Cabling Installations are covered free of charge for a period of 6 months (with exceptions) on all workmanship.

Refund Policy - This Quote is a maximum charge only for the stated project, any unused materials or stated hours will be gladly refunded and clearly stated at invoicing (Hours may balance for materials and vice versa).

Cabling Standards - All cabling work will be completed to Australian standards as outlined in the AS/ACIF S009 and AS/ACIFS008 standards set by the Australian Communications Industry Forum.
